Reward for service in Iraq - for some it's prison

Life as a military reservist in Iraq is full of challenges, but this is disgusting. It's absolutely shameful that we would convict a soldier of a felony and imprison him because of debts acquired as a result of his of reserve service. There ought to be either an opportunity for a waiver or a fund that will cover these costs in such circumstances.
